EASY WAY:
1. Extract the RAR file.
2. On Google Chrome go to Settings>Extensions (chrome://extensions)
3. Click on "Developer Mode" on the top of the page
4. Click on "Load uncompressed extension..."
5. Choose the folder you extracted before.
6. Enjoy! If it fails just registry with any "Permission Key" on Preferences.
ANOTHER WAY:
1. Copy the ZIP file into C:\Users\{PUT HERE YOUR USERNAME!}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
