Fixed issues
- Fixes an issue where the Narrator keyboard shortcuts don't work when the PC is locked, then logged in again and going to the desktop
- Fixes an issue where Narrator would fail to read the date and time in Settings > Time & language > Date & time
- Fixes a TPM driver crash that might result in a device bug-checking and reboot
Known issues
- Booting a new Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 5 virtual machine will fail
- A 0x80004005 error will appear when enabling Developer Mode on the "For Developers"
